Christina is the CEO and Co-Managing Attorney of NJ Divorce Solutions - Previte Nachlinger, P.C. Christina has practiced law exclusively in the area of divorce and 
family law for 15 years. Christina was born and raised in New Jersey and is a veteran 
of Rutgers University having received a B.A. in Sociology and Criminology from Rutgers
University Douglass College and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New 
Jersey. Christina served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Roger W. Daley, J.S.C. 
(Ret.) in Middlesex County, New Jersey. She was an associate attorney at the firm of 
Donahue, Hagan, Klein, Newsome & O’Donnell, P.C., previously located in Short Hills, 
New Jersey. She also practiced with The Deni Law Group, LLC, located in Flemington, 
New Jersey. Christina has been selected by her peers as a Super Lawyers “Rising 
Star” and Super Lawyer numerous times over the course of her career by New Jersey 
Monthly magazine.

Christina believes that while a divorce is a stressful time in a person’s life, it is 
also a time of growth and new beginnings. While Christina is not actively practicing law 
and personally handling divorce matters, Christina supervises and trains all staff 
members together with her partner, John Nachlinger, Esq. to develop a law firm 
dedicated to providing cutting-edge services to divorce clients. Christina remains 
committed to using her legal experience handling thousands of divorce matters over the 
past 15 years and practical life experience to create a law practice that caters to 
providing not only outstanding legal services to clients but also compassionate guidance 
and coaching for individuals who are planning a new life for themselves and their
