Chris Ann Wright is a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, School of Business and graduated from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Thereafter, she served as a law clerk to The Honorable John J. Gross, Jr. (Ret.) in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County. It was as a law clerk Chris Ann began mediating in both the Family Court and Special Civil. Currently, Chris Ann is a court appointed economic mediator for the Family Division and has a special designation as a domestic violence economic mediator. Her focus is Matrimonial Law with an emphasis on settlement. Chris Ann’s philosophy is that a settlement, whether through mediation or with the assistance of attorneys, allows clients to regain control of their lives and enables them to look ahead to a happy future.
Before joining New Jersey Divorce Solutions, Chris Ann was an associate at Lyons & Associates, PC and of counsel at Citizens Soldier Law where she gained experience working with Veterans, catering to their specific needs in Family Law. Chris Ann also spent several years practicing in residential real estate and was a partner at the firm Blanco & Wright, LLC.
Chris Ann is a member of the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also a member of the Union County and Somerset County Bar Associations, BW Nice of Union County (an organization that supports domestic violence victims) and volunteers on the Juvenile Conference Committee for Union County (volunteers who work in conjunction with the courts to divert youth away from the court system). In her free time, Chris Ann enjoys spending time with her husband and her four sons. She is an avid reader and enjoys a good mystery!
