With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Chiacchio has dedicated her legal career to helping individuals with all types of Family Law issues. Ms. Chiacchio is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the District Court of New Jersey. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Montclair State College. After several years working in the business sector, Ms. Chiacchio attended Seton Hall University School of Law by night while working as a Law Clerk during the day. While at Seton Hall, Ms. Chiacchio was a member of the Family Law Clinic, helping people with their family law issues who otherwise could not afford to have representation. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1992.
Immediately following graduation, Ms. Chiacchio served a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Garranger, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County from 1992 to 1993.
Ms. Chiacchio exclusively handles family matters including adoption, divorce, child custody and matters involving complex financial issues. She represents victims of domestic violence and also defends alleged offenders zealously. Ms. Chiacchio also represents parents in Child Protection & Permanency cases (formerly known as Division of Youth and Family Services) and has extensive experience litigating sensitive matters involving allegations of abuse and neglect.
Ms. Chiacchio previously served as a panelist for the Middlesex County and Somerset County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Programs. She served on the Middlesex County Family Law Committee and the Middlesex County Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee. Ms. Chiacchio was also a volunteer member of the Child Placement Review Board.
Ms. Chiacchio received the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award in 1994.
Ms. Chiacchio lives in Yardley, PA with her husband and son.
